When asked about the sound of the album Eye Traveler replied “I wanted to craft something that hinted at the whimsical nature of summer while still maintaining that ruff & tumble ruggedness. Something you play at back yard BBQ’s that can satisfy hip hop heads, those that don’t think too deep about the music, plus your old uncle that wants to get up and pull out his two step”. Indeed.
