These kinds of lists always spark debates. Despite that, everyone checks for them anyways. That being said, MTV decides to release this list of 25 rappers that are up for the top 10 hottest in hip hop. Next week, slots 10-6 will be announced and the top five being aired on February 19th on MTV2.
